Flight tracking showed a Southern Spirit Airlines Il-76TD cargo aircraft (7P-HAR) flying from Al Reef Airbase in Abu Dhabi to Entebbe and on to Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa before returning towards the UAE, part of a pattern of UAE-Uganda-Ethiopia flights the monitor describes as suspicious.
