Four Il-76TD cargo flights were recently tracked from Minsk, Belarus, to Massawa Airport in Eritrea, which the monitor suggests may serve as a supply hub for the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Tigray Defence Forces, noting that the SAF is confirmed to be using the Belarusian Berkut-BM loitering munition.
